With the rapid pace of change in the healthcare industry placing a heightened emphasis on ethics, Valparaiso University has developed a Master of Science in Health Management and Policy degree program designed to foster values-based leadership.
The MS-HMP degree, which is available 100% online, places ethics at the forefront of healthcare policy in order to prepare professionals to become industry leaders. Core courses include Legal Issues and Compliance in Health Care, Financial Management and Ethics in Health Care.
While ethical considerations have long been a vital component in the decision-making of physicians, nurses and other hands-on medical practitioners, they also are a growing factor in the business-related aspects of the healthcare industry.

The 100% online graduate degree program consists of 36 credit hours, including nine credits in a specialization track.
