Jacksonville University’s ‘Success Coaches’ Support Nursing Students through Graduation

Just as NFL coaches lead their teams to Super Bowl victory, U.S. News & World Report-ranked Jacksonville University’s Success Coaches help guide nursing students to academic accomplishments.

JU’s Success Coach Program is available to students in the RN to BSN and MSN degree programs, which feature a 100% online classroom designed to meet the needs of nursing professionals. Success Coaches provide personalized assistance throughout a student’s educational journey, from enrollment to graduation, helping them thrive in an online learning environment.

The coaches are dedicated to ensuring that busy nursing students remain engaged and motivated by encouraging them to use the many resources offered by Jacksonville’s School of Nursing, which is accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE).

“The Success Coach Program takes JU’s online nursing education to a new level,” said Adrian Marrullier, Executive Vice President of Enrollment Services and Marketing for University Alliance, which powers Jacksonville’s online nursing degree programs. “Talented nurses get one-on-one attention from coaches who are committed to delivering excellence.”

The online nursing programs provide 24/7 access to features including streaming video-based lectures, live chat rooms and message boards.

JU is accepting applications through Feb. 18 for the Spring II, 2014 session of its RN to BSN and Master of Science in Nursing (MSN): Clinical Nurse Educator and MSN: Leadership in Healthcare Systems programs. Classes begin March 3. Licensed registered nurses have the opportunity to receive 30 credits for their active RN license and transfer up to 60 credits from regionally accredited schools.
