Florida Tech Fall 2013 Commencement Held on December 14, 2013

Florida Institute of Technology awarded associate’s, bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degrees on December 14, 2013. Two commencement ceremonies were held on campus at the Charles and Ruth Clemente Center in Melbourne, Florida. The undergraduate ceremony for those earning associate’s and bachelor’s degrees took place at 9:30 a.m., with the graduate ceremony for master’s and doctoral degrees being held at 2 p.m.

Three hundred and seventeen participating in the December commencement ceremony earned their degrees through Florida Tech University Online’s undergraduate and graduate degree programs offered 100% online. Overall Florida Tech’s online programs saw 441 graduates from around the U.S. earn their degree. Students earning their degrees using the online platform enjoy the same curriculum, receive the same diploma as ground-based students and are encouraged to participate in the commencement ceremonies with their on campus counterparts.
