Currently seeking a Six Sigma Master Black Belt in Tampa, FL for Bisk Education! Bisk Education is a rapidly growing company which facilitates the promotion and online delivery of degree and certificate programs from the nation’s leading traditional universities. 

Position Summary: 

The person in this position will be a resource to support the enrollment teams with client calls, develop and present Six Sigma course content, and will work closely with the Assistant Vice President of Continuous Process Improvement.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Principal duties

• Participate in course development activities
• Participate in conference calls to promote Lean and Six Sigma to prospective clients
• Produce and deliver webinars
• Review client proposals for Six Sigma accuracy and applicability
• Write and respond daily to email messages from internal and external sources
• Host virtual classes
• Call calibration - listen and provide feedback to enrollment representatives
• Develop and deliver training to newly-hired employees
• Travel to customers’ sites to consult and train

Additional duties

• Design training projects for courses
• Produce and deliver video lectures in studio
• Write test questions
• Reply to students’ Six Sigma technical questions
• Participate in (and at) trade shows

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

Knowledge

• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt
• Trained by a nationally-recognized organization or university
• Proven successful results from leading over 10 Lean Six Sigma projects

Skills

• Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong presentation skills in front of an audience and in front of studio cameras 
• Strong technical writing skills

Abilities

• Comfortable speaking with Bisk upper management and with clients’ senior management

 Education Required:

• Postgraduate degree (preferred, but not required)
• Undergraduate degree (required)
