Currently seeking a National Account Manager in Tampa, FL for Bisk Education! Bisk Education is a rapidly growing company which facilitates the promotion and online delivery of degree and certificate programs from the nation’s leading traditional universities.

Position Summary:

The National Account Manager (Outside) is responsible for overall business growth of strategically targeted key accounts. This position will develop long-term relationships for sustainable growth while increasing the awareness of Bisk Education, Client Schools and other partners across multiple channels. The position requires travel to penetrate new accounts, as well as maintain and grow existing account relationships in order to maximize  positive awareness for Bisk Client Schools and partners, with an end goal of large-scale enrollment development across Bisk's portfolio of programs. 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assume leadership role in researching and identifying major account opportunities, and own the initial business relationship with those identified opportunities.
  • Work closely with National Director Corporate Accounts (NDCA) and Channel Manager (CM) to strategically target channel-specific opportunities, as well as facilitate marketing and business efforts designed to strengthen potential opportunities, develop new relationships, and build upon existing relationships.
  • Follow through on the activity required to earn and build a sound business development relationship with identified opportunities with the key intent of generating new revenue and enrollment growth.
  • Partner with Account Management team, as well as Individual and Group Training enrollment teams to achieve account-based performance goals.
  • Work closely with complimentary teams and fulfillment functions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Be a needs assessment expert in order to help identify areas of need and help guide the creation of group enrollment proposals that meet the prospects’ needs while correctly representing the capabilities of the Bisk Education client schools and partners.
  • Collaborate with Bisk Education’s internal team as needed in assessing client needs and developing creative solutions to ensure Bisk Education client schools are viewed as offering a unique solution to identified problems.
  • Become expert in the assigned targeted accounts and provide documented industry trends / research to Channel Management to initiate potential strategies in support of enrollment growth.
  • Attend industry-related channel specific events in order to uncover new relationships and increase channel specific knowledge.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

  • Strong planning and organization, problem solving and decision making skills
  • Outgoing and personable, willing to engage and form new business relationships
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to identify potential opportunities
  • Presentation skills in congruence with C-level selling, ability to build consensus and drive outcome-based enrollment
  • Ability to communicate effectively and work cross-functionally within a team environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office package with a focus on Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Develop and present key strategies that will increase enrollment
  • Identify new strategic relationships and opportunities on an ongoing basis
  • Analyze enrollment statistics for account relationships to determine business growth potential
  • Ability to travel 50% for business.  Travel expenses will be reimbursed through processes outlined in the Travel and Expense policies

Education Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Business, Marketing or Communication
