Currently seeking an Enrollment Services Manager in Orlando, FL for Bisk Education! Bisk Education is a rapidly growing company which facilitates the promotion and online delivery of degree and certificate programs from the nation’s leading traditional universities. 

Position Summary:

Contributing as an integral part of the Enrollment Center leadership team, the Manager, Enrollment Services leads, coaches and develops team behaviors in support of a positive student focused experience. Critical to this role’s success is the manager’s ability to understand performance indicators that optimize the student experience in the key areas of enrollment, retention, and student success.   Daily duties include measuring and monitoring representative and student interactions, evaluating and coaching representative performance, and reviewing enrollment reports.   Leading by example is a requirement.  Being a role model in human resource management duties and assisting Senior Management with department operations is a routine part of the assignment.  The Manager must also be a leader in verifying compliance with corporate and Department of Education guidelines as needed.  The successful manager maintains a thorough working knowledge of Bisk Education’s Enrollment Center technologies and order processes which contribute to ensuring enrollment and service goals are achieved. 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Data-driven decisions support critical success factors and key performance indicators that optimize enrollment, retention, and student success
• Coach and develop team to the behaviors in support of a positive student experience
• Provide monthly feedback on the collaboration scorecard
• Conduct semi-annual reviews for team
• Coach and develop team to ensure compliance to enrollment policies
• Exemplify commitment to enrollment excellence
• Frequently coach team members to conduct student focused interviews
• Work to remove impediments to team success
• Participates in daily making/reporting commitments in support of team’s cadence of accountability
• Develop strong internal business relationships and partner to achieve objectives
  

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• Minimum 2 years of experience leading teams
• Strong working knowledge of database management
• Professionalism, self-motivation and dedication
• Excellent behavioral change communication skills
• Ability to think strategically and encourage innovation
• Strong emotional intelligence, self-awareness and relationship management
• Excellent organizational and follow through skills
• Ability to build, lead and motivate an effective and professional team
• Experience in managing bi-monthly cycles
• Proven track record of success in meeting/exceeding performance goals
• PC literate with experience in a Client Relationship Management system, Microsoft Office Suite and the Internet

Education Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) preferred
