Currently seeking an Enrollment Representative - Enrollment Services in Orlando, FL for Bisk Education! Bisk Education is a rapidly growing company which facilitates the promotion and online delivery of degree and certificate programs from the nation’s leading traditional universities.

Position Summary:

Associate Representative – Enrollment Services will market and enroll prospective students into online professional certificate or degree programs as offered by client institutions of University Alliance.  The Associate Representative will play a key role in assisting adult learners to achieve their lifelong personal and professional goals through education.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Primary responsibilities of the Associate Representative – Enrollment Services are to listen, recognize, and understand the educational needs of prospective students in order to provide them with the proper educational solution to suit their needs and goals
• Assist new students through the enrollment process, assisting with applicable paperwork and processes utilizing a student-focused mentality
• Conducts all activities in accordance with the highest level of ethical standards.  Adhere to all state and federal accreditation and college rules and regulations regarding student enrollment

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• 1-3 years of  heavy phone experience in admissions and/or service environment
• 1-3 years of  inside or outside admissions or enrollment experience preferred
• Proven track record in marketing using consultative enrollment strategies
• Self-motivation to achieve success and career growth & development
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Excellent organization skills & internet proficiency
• Ability to work day, evening and weekend schedules
• Demonstrated passion for continuous professional education & lifelong learning

Education Required:

• Minimum 2 years of College coursework required
• BA/BS Degree from a regionally accredited 4-year University is preferred
