Nathan M. Bisk

Founder and Chairman

Mr. Bisk founded Bisk Education in 1971. Since its founding more than 40 years ago, Bisk Education has been committed to a tradition of excellence in providing innovative distance learning solutions and through Mr. Bisk’s leadership, the company is one of the nation’s largest facilitators of online associate’s, bachelor’s and master’s degrees as well as professional certificate programs education from America’s leading universities.

Mr. Bisk is a nationally known author of CPA Review, taxation, accounting and auditing programs and texts, as well as continuing education courses. Additionally, he has pioneered the development, writing and production of audio, video and multimedia continuing education and distance online education programs. Mr. Bisk served on the auditing staff of Ernst and Ernst (now Ernst & Young) and Arthur Andersen. In this capacity he was involved in auditing and taxation for corporate clients. Additionally, he was employed by Merrill Lynch and graduated from their two-year Executive Management Program. At Merrill Lynch he served in sales and as a merger and acquisition specialist. Mr. Bisk has practiced law in Florida since 1973, with his practice focused on corporate and taxation matters. He previously served as Corporate Counsel to Bisk Education. Mr. Bisk earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Franklin and Marshall College. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida College of Law. Mr. Bisk is both an attorney and CPA in the State of Florida. He is a member of the Florida Institute of CPAs, AICPA, American Association of Attorney-CPAs, Florida Bar and American Bar Association. He serves on the Board of Governors of the Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law School and the Board of Trustees at the Florida Institute of Technology (Florida Tech). He also serves on the Board of Overseers at the Nathan M. Bisk College of Business at Florida Tech which was named in his honor in 2009. This college is one of the largest private business colleges in the U.S. with approximately 5,000 students.

President

Mr. Bisk was named President of Bisk Education in January 2014. He joined Bisk Education in 1993 and has served in several leadership positions, most recently as Senior Vice President and member of the Executive Committee. He is recognized by his peers as one of the leading experts in the online education space and has played a key role in the growth and success of Bisk Education for more than 20 years. He received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida and holds a Master Certificate in Internet Marketing from the University of San Francisco, a Master Certificate in Six Sigma and Project Management from Villanova University, and an MBA Executive Certificate from Tulane University.

Vice President and Corporate Counsel

Ms. Bisk joined Bisk Education in 1999 as Corporate Counsel. She received her Juris Doctorate from the Shepard Broad Law Center at Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Alabama. Prior to joining Bisk she was employed by the Becker & Poliakoff Law Firm in Miami, Florida and the Hawkins, Parnell, Thackston & Young Law Firm in Atlanta, Georgia. She is a member of the Florida Bar and the Hillsborough County, Florida Bar Association.

Andrew Titen

Andrew Titen

Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Titen was named Chief Executive Officer of Bisk Education in January 2014. Previously, Mr. Titen served as Bisk Education’s President and Chief Operating Officer (1992 – 2013) and Chief Financial Officer (1986 – 1991). During his tenure as President and COO, Bisk Education has grown to become one of the nation's largest providers of online degree and certificate programs through its association with leading universities. Prior to joining Bisk, Mr. Titen spent 11 years in public accounting and industry with Price Waterhouse (now PricewaterhouseCoopers), Cherry Bekaert & Holland (now Cherry Bekaert), Hacker Johnson & Jacobsen (now Hacker Johnson & Smith) and AAA Peninsula Motor Club (now Auto Club Group).

Mr. Titen received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Central Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Tulane University. In 2005, Mr. Titen was inducted into the University of Central Florida's College of Business Administration Hall of Fame. He is an honorary member of Beta Alpha Psi and serves on the University of Central Florida College of Business Administration Dean's Executive Council.

Mr. Titen is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida and a Chartered Global Management Accountant.

William Geary III

William Geary III

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Geary has served as Bisk Education's Chief Financial Officer since 2007 and was VP and Controller from 2002 until 2007. Prior to joining Bisk, he spent five years at Coast Dental Services, Inc. serving as Corporate Controller and Chief Financial Officer. From 1991 to 1997, Mr. Geary served in various financial roles including Divisional Vice President and Controller for Beall's, Inc., the parent company of Beall's Department Stores and Beall's Outlet Stores, located in Bradenton, Florida. He spent six years with Deloitte and Touche, rising to the level of Manager. Mr. Geary received a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida and is a Certified Public Accountant in Florida.

Ravi Seepersad

Chief Strategy Officer

Prior to being named Chief Strategy Officer in 2015, Mr. Seepersad served Bisk Education in various legal roles for eight years, including Corporate Counsel, Associate General Counsel and General Counsel. He is responsible for strategic planning initiatives while leading the organization’s human resources and legal teams. Prior to joining Bisk, Mr. Seepersad was employed in the Corporate and Litigation departments at Fowler, White, Boggs, Banker, P.A., one of the oldest and largest Florida-based law firms. Mr. Seepersad also served as a law clerk at the Hillsborough County Attorney’s Office and at the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida for the Honorable Judge Paul C. Huck. Mr. Seepersad holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree with honors from the University of Miami School of Law, where he was a member of the Inter-American Law Review. He also holds a master's degree in Human Resource Development and Administration with honors and a Bachelor of Science with honors from Barry University. Mr. Seepersad is licensed to practice law in the state of Florida, and is a member of the Florida Bar Association and the American Bar Association.

Ted Kulawiak

Vice President of Enrollment Services

Joining Bisk Education in 2012, Mr. Kulawiak currently leads the Online Services Enrollment team supporting all student recruitment effort and process for the Bisk Education client schools, assisting students in graduate, undergraduate, and certificate programs. Incorporated in his area of responsibility are the Learning & Development team committed to ensuring student-focused enrollment is a priority. Mr. Kulawiak brings 35-plus years of senior-level leadership and online admissions management expertise to the organization having served as Vice President of Online Enrollment for the DeVry Education Group prior to joining the Bisk team. He earned Senior Faculty honors with Keller Graduate School of Management while teaching online graduate level classes in Sales Management and Advertising Management. Mr. Kulawiak worked for WNDU-TV at the University of Notre Dame in a senior advertising management role, was a senior leader in the direct mail industry, and spent 17 years with 3M Company in a variety of sales, training, and sales management roles. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Keller, a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from Northern Illinois University, and a Professional Certificate in Management from the University of Notre Dame.

Ed Datz

Ed Datz

Vice President of Sales

Mr. Datz joined Bisk Education in 1983 and currently supports the efforts of the company’s enrollment center. He began his career at Bisk during the company’s formative years in Gainesville, Florida, building the enrollment team from a handful of representatives to near its current size by focusing on recruitment, training and management. During his thirty-three year career he launched both the degree and certificate enrollment divisions. Both teams flourished under Mr. Datz’s leadership. He now leverages his vast experience to advise management, train and motivate enrollment representatives and engage in special projects. Mr. Datz attended the State University of New York New Paltz, where he majored in English and secondary education.

Demetri Georgiadis

Demetri Georgiadis

Vice President of Operations

Mr. Georgiadis joined Bisk Education in 1990 and provides strategic leadership and administrative oversight for day-to-day operations, including implementation of all regulations, policies and codes to ensure the safety of employees and visitors. In addition, he leads long-term planning in construction management and oversees purchasing, production and warehouse operations to optimize efficiencies and drive fiscal outcomes. During his tenure he has developed strategic operational enhancements contributing to significant organizational growth for Bisk.

Allison Arnold

Allison Arnold

Associate Vice President of Accounting Operations

Ms. Arnold was named Associate Vice President of Accounting Operations in 2015. She began her tenure in 1999 as the company’s Accounting Manager, assisting with company-wide operations that propelled the organization to tremendous growth. Prior to joining Bisk she served in various financial and operational roles with other organizations. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting as well as multiple certificates in operations and leadership from various universities.

Wayne Brantley

Wayne Brantley

Associate Vice President of Professional Education

Mr. Brantley was named Associate Vice President of Professional Education in 2015. He develops, teaches, and implements numerous Villanova University online certificate programs. Mr. Brantley has taught and consulted project management, quality management, leadership, curriculum development, Internet course development, and return on investment around the world to Fortune 500 companies. He has over 25 years of experience in the Air Force as a project manager for AF technology training and curriculum development programs. He is an in-demand speaker at conferences and organizations around the country. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundations, and Certified Scrum Master (CSM).

Shawn Daugherty

Associate Vice President of Brand Strategy

Mr. Daugherty was named Associate Vice President of Brand Strategy in 2015. Since joining Bisk in 2005, his level of responsibility and accountability has progressed from Brand Manager, to Senior Brand Manager, to Brand Director. In his current role he is responsible for multiple brand managers that continue to serve as the business leaders for their respective brands. He also is tasked with aligning brand management goals to consistently champion the student experience. Mr. Daugherty has 25 years of management experience in the financial, retail, and education industries. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Troy State University and has attained several industry professional certificates.

Barbara Davis

Barbara Davis

Associate Vice President of Learning and Development

Ms. Davis was named Associate Vice President of Learning and Development in 2015. She joined Bisk Education in 2008 to enhance internal learning and development for employees. Ms. Davis has a comprehensive training background with over 28 years of experience in various training methodologies including computer (CBT) and distance learning. She earned a Business Administration and Management degree and an MBA from the Florida Institute of Technology. She is a member of the Association for Talent Development.

Randy Haynes

Randy Haynes

Associate Vice President of Tax and Risk Management

Mr. Haynes was named Associate Vice President of Tax and Risk Management in 2015. He guides the company in all tax matters, heads up the risk management function, directs various accounting, treasury and financial initiatives, and works on numerous special projects. Prior to joining Bisk in 2012, he spent seven years with a national franchisor, helping the company prepare for a public offering. Mr. Haynes previously worked for a public, international conglomerate in tax and treasury roles. He began his accounting career with Arthur Andersen,  where he helped launch a state and local tax practice. He is a graduate of the University of South Florida and a Florida Certified Public Accountant.

Mary Loehe

Associate Vice President/Controller

Ms. Loehe was named Associate Vice President/Controller in 2015. She began her tenure at Bisk in 2002 as Assistant Controller after many years of success in Accounting and Finance Management. Prior to joining Bisk, Ms. Loehe spent five years at Coast Dental Services, Inc. as Assistant Controller. From 1979 to 1997 Mrs. Loehe served in various accounting roles including Assistant Controller for Pick Kwik Food Stores, Inc.

Dan Munson

Dan Munson

Associate Vice President of Continuous Process Improvement

Mr. Munson was named Associate Vice President of Continuous Process Improvement in 2015. He joined Bisk Education in 2003 and has been the chief architect and director of a suite of Six Sigma Courses for Villanova University. His background includes more than 25 years at Honeywell and Storage Technology Corporation (now Sun Microsystems). Mr. Munson has consulted process improvement methodologies worldwide to the likes of BP, Ryder, 3M, Alcoa, Boeing, Philips, Panasonic, and Siemens. He is a Six Sigma Master Black Belt, an ASQ-certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Quality Engineer. He received his Bachelor of Science from Regis University in Denver. He graduated from the university Summa Cum Laude.

Jean Marc Perry

Jean Marc Perry

Associate Vice President of IT Operations

Mr. Perry was named Associate Vice President of IT Operations in 2015. His primary focus is the support and innovation of the organization’s technology environment. His areas of responsibility include the planning and alignment of all Infrastructure, data, business intelligence and information security teams. Prior to joining Bisk in 2013 as Director of IT Operations, Mr. Perry spent 10 years in the healthcare industry serving as the Director of Information Technology with Universal Healthcare and the Director of Enterprise Projects with Simply Healthcare. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from Florida International University and has also earned his Microsoft MCSE and MCT certifications.

Chris Wilford

Associate Vice President of Brand Strategy

Mr. Wilford was named Associate Vice President of Brand Strategy in 2015. He has been with Bisk Education since 2004 in various brand and marketing leadership positions that have driven large organizational growth. Prior to joining Bisk Education, Mr. Wilford had 15 years of experience in the technology industry, working at WordPerfect Corp., Novell, Inc., and Corel Corporation in product management and marketing leadership capacities. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a composite minor in Accounting and Economics from Brigham Young University, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Mr. Wilford also holds certificates in International Management and Brand Strategy from Thunderbird University, and Strategic Organizational Leadership from Villanova University.
